Seasonal workshops and retreats - https://buytickets.at/theexhaleawakening We're glad you're here. Sharyn and Marie - http://theexhaleawakening.com/ More about the session A gentle guided pause to slow the breath, soften the body, and rest in silence. An invitation to arrive fully — just as you are. In this Mid Week Exhale session, you’re guided to bring awareness to the space you’re in, the position of your body, and your physical comfort. Attention is gently offered to thoughts, emotions, and senses — not to change them, but to allow them to rest alongside you. From there, the focus moves to the breath. You’re invited to notice how you’re breathing, where the breath is landing, and how quickly it’s moving. Slowly, and with care, the breath is lengthened — extending both the inhale and the exhale — allowing it to naturally slow and deepen. As the breath settles, you’re guided into a period of silence. This quiet space offers a moment to simply be, before birdsong gently brings the silence to a close. The session ends with a reflection on how that silence felt, and what it was like to pause in this way. A calm, steady practice to support grounding, awareness, and midweek restoration.
