Seasonal workshops and retreats - https://buytickets.at/theexhaleawakening We're glad you're here. Sharyn and Marie - http://theexhaleawakening.com/ More about the session A gentle guided coherence breathing practice to restore rhythm and inner balance. Breathe evenly. Regulate softly. Return to yourself. In this closing practice, we explore Balanced Breath (Coherence Breathing) — inhaling and exhaling through the nose for equal counts. You’re invited to breathe to a steady rhythm, beginning with a count of four, and then adjusting to suit your body. Whether you count silently, whisper the rhythm, use your fingers to anchor the pace, or simply feel into your natural flow, this practice supports nervous system regulation and internal steadiness. There’s space to lengthen the breath if it feels too quick, or shorten it if you feel air-hungry — encouraging attunement rather than control. As the session softens into silence, you’re guided into reflection, noticing how you feel now compared to the beginning. The practice closes gently — movement returning slowly, awareness widening, eyes opening to familiar surroundings. A simple, grounding rhythm to carry you back into your day.
