Coherence breathing and silence to calm your nervous system midweek. In this Midweek Exhale, Sharyn with a Y and Marie guide you through a deeply restorative sequence of four breaths, woven with bird song, music, and intentional silence. This week’s theme is reflection. With Mercury moving retrograde, the invitation is to pause rather than push forward — to review, soften, and allow perspective to shift. Instead of driving ahead with momentum, you’re guided to consider what it might feel like to slow down… even to go backwards for a while. The session begins with simple breath awareness, moves into balanced coherence breathing (matching inhale and exhale), and returns to natural breath awareness in the final segment. Throughout, silence is honoured as medicine — supporting parasympathetic activation and the building of new neural pathways. You’ll explore: • Where you tend to push through in life • How slowing down lands in your body • The emotions present beneath momentum • Observing thoughts without following them This is a space to soften, reflect, and gently reset.
