Take a try. ⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 節瓜粉絲燜雞翼 材料: 節瓜3個 急凍雞翼8隻 綠豆粉絲4兩 薑1小舊 處理: 1. 雞翼,清水解凍。 2. 雞翼解凍後,加入粗鹽一茶匙乸10分鐘,去除雪味、腥味,及加入少許鹹味。 3. 粉絲,清水浸軟。 4. 節瓜,去皮,清水洗淨,滾刀切開一舊舊。 5. 薑,清水洗乾淨,拍鬆。 6. 粉絲已浸軟,清水沖乾淨,擎乾水。 7. 雞翼,輕手揸出血水,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。 2. 加入雞翼,煎香,同時加入薑片,轉中慢火繼續煎。 3. 雞翼,一面已煎至微金黃色,反轉繼續煎。 4. 雞翼,兩面都煎至微金黃色,加入節瓜炒1分鐘,轉慢火。 5. 加入調味料: a. 蠔油一湯匙 b. 胡椒粉適量 c. 生抽一茶匙 加入清水200毫升,再加入糖2茶匙,加入清水200毫升,炒勻,冚蓋,大火滾起,轉中慢火,燜5分鐘。 7. 加入粉絲,冚蓋燜至收汁。 8. 完成,上碟,可享用。 Braised chicken wings with fuzzy melon and vermicelli Ingredients: Fuzzy melon 3 Nos.
