Try it yourself! https://gainers.website/ideabuffet/in... 🧾 INGREDIENTS • 1/2 cup (110 g) + 1/4 cup (60 g) brown lentils • 3 cups (620 ml) water • 1 tsp agar-agar + 2 tbsp water • 1 tsp asafoetida • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1/4 tsp ground coriander • 2 tbsp lemon juice 15 g tomato paste • 2 tbsp beet juice • 2 tbsp olive oil 👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Rinse the brown lentils and soak them in water for 6 hours. 2. Once the lentils have swollen, drain the water. 3. Transfer part of the lentils to a blender and add water. 4. Blend gradually until smooth. 5. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan, add the remaining cup of water, and mix well. 6. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula. 7. Cook for 10 minutes. 8. In a separate bowl, mix agar-agar with water, then add it to the pan. 9. Add all spices and mix thoroughly. 10. Squeeze in the lemon juice, add olive oil, and stir until thick and smooth. 11. Use an immersion blender to blend again until perfectly silky with no lumps. 12. Pour the mixture into a jar or mold (wide opening works best). 13. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set. 14. To remove from a narrow jar, gently tap it on the countertop.
