Time-Restricted Eating is a type of Intermittent Fasting where all food is consumed during a certain period of time each day - usually 8-12 hours. Recent research has shown that Time-Restricted Feeding (TRF) may benefit certain health markers including insulin sensitivity and beta-cell functioning, as well as lowering blood pressure and potentially protecting against cancer.
