Ingredients & step-by-step recipe given below 👇 🥕 INGREDIENTS For Dough 2 cups wheat flour Salt to taste Water as needed 1 tsp oil For Stuffing 2 boiled potatoes (mashed) 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup boiled peas 1 small onion (finely chopped) 2 green chilies (chopped) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves For Cooking Butter or oil or ghee 👩🍳 RECIPE / METHOD Mix wheat flour, salt, oil, and water. Knead into soft dough. Rest 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds. Add onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste. Sauté well. Add carrot, capsicum, peas. Cook 2–3 minutes. Add mashed potatoes and all spices. Mix well. Switch off flame and add coriander leaves. Cool completely. Take dough ball, fill with stuffing, seal and roll gently. Roast on hot tawa with butter or oil till golden brown both sides.
