When stress and emotional overwhelm build up, the body can feel tight, restless, and unable to sleep. Today's 12 Treasures Qigong practice focuses on calming the nervous system, soothing the digestive center, and restoring smoother Qi flow through the body. In Chinese Medicine, emotional stress often affects the Liver and Gallbladder channels and can disturb the body's ability to rest deeply. Today's standing Qigong practice is especially helpful when anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional tension contribute to insomnia or low mood. We practice gently and allow the body to gradually settle. Today's Qigong sequence includes: • Qi Shower • Self-Patting (extra gentle around the abdomen / solar plexus area) • Tracing the Meridians • Knead the Dough / Reverse Row Boat • Forward Row Boat • Walk-in-Place Qigong (Forward & Reverse) • Qi Ball Practice • Embrace the World New movement for today: Standing Rejuvenation Qigong This movement coordinates the front and back movement of the hands with a gentle twist of the torso, activating the obliques and helping open the Liver and Gallbladder channels. As the body relaxes and the breath deepens, the nervous system can begin to settle and the mind becomes calmer. Move slowly and comfortably, allowing gravity and natural body movement to guide the practice. This video is part of the 12 Treasures Qigong series inspired by the teachings of Dr. Bingkun Hu. Practice daily to gradually restore calm, balance, and smoother Qi flow. Safety Note: Move gently and within a comfortable range. If you have severe pain, dizziness, or medical conditions, consult your healthcare professional before beginning new exercise practices. #hashtags #qigong #qigongforhealth #qigongforbeginners #qigonghealing #anxietyrelief #qigongemotionbalancing #qigongonline #qigongpractice #qigongforanxiety #qigongforhealth #qigongdepressionrelief #insomniarelief #breathwork #breathworktraining #qigongpeace #stressrelief #qigongcalm #qigongcultivation #nervoussystemreset #aileenjonglac ##drbingkunhuqigong #12treasuresqigong
