Week 4 of Ironman Training- Swimming is finally starting to click! Biking and running have come pretty naturally to me from past experience, but swimming has been a completely different beast. I’d been stuck at 100 yards continuous for over a month, and honestly started questioning if it would ever improve. This week, something finally broke through — I swam 300 yards continuously for the first time. It feels like a real turning point, and for the first time, I can see genuine progress in the water. If swimming has been your toughest discipline, this week might feel familiar. Next week, I start my 16-week marathon training plan — and I’m pumped for the challenge ahead.
