Week 3 of my Ironman training build — and this bike hurt! Between brutal Michigan winter weather, forced treadmill runs, and limited pool access, this week tested my patience and mental toughness more than expected. Snow days meant just one swim session, but despite the setbacks, the other workouts hit hard and I’m starting to feel real fitness gains compared to last week.
