Tommy's Trains - Newcastle Central Station featuring 6 Freight Trains!!!!!

We finish Tommy's Christmas Holidays with a trip to the largest station local to us, Newcastle Central Station and what a day it was. We saw 6, yes 6 freight trains and 3 of them arrived at the same time!! We spent time on different platforms seeing LNER Azuma, Cross Country, Trans Pennine Express and Northern Trains as well as the freight. We had a break from the cold for lunch and ice cream (only Tommy would eat ice cream when it's freezing outside), before returning to the station for the final 2 freight. Thankfully, a signal fault near Brampton delayed our train home so we got to see both of the freights. As if that wasn't enough, we also met another trainspotter and YouTuber, ‪@JRS43-46‬ who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Tommy loved listening to him and chatting about trains.
