Exclusive Cookies Class 5 | Rasmalai Cookies | Manisha Bharani Kitchen Rasmalai Cookies Ingredients: 3 ½ tbsp Salted Butter 1 tbsp Margarine/White Butter ½ cup Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder ¼ cup Corn Flour 1 tbsp Milk Powder 1 cup Maida 1 tsp Rasmalai Essence 1 Spoon Milk 1tbsp Warm Milk Saffron (Kesar) Finely Chopped Pistachios for garnishing Finely Chopped Almonds for garnishing Method to prepare the Cookies: Take a mixing bowl and add 3 ½ tbsp Salted Butter, 1 tbsp Margarine/White Butter, ½ cup Powdered Sugar and 1 tsp Baking Powder and beat all the ingredients well until creamy. Sieve ¼ cup Corn Flour, 1 tbsp Milk Powder and 1 cup Maida together and add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp Rasmalai Essence to the above-mentioned ingredients and mix all the ingredients well. Now, add approximately 1 spoon of milk to the mixture to prepare a soft moist dough and knead the dough well. Now, cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, take 1 tbsp of warm milk and add Saffron Strand to it and keep it aside. After 10 minutes, take the dough and divide it into two parts. Take one portion and take some corn flour and roll the dough using a rolling pin. After rolling the dough take a cookie cutter of your choice and cut the dough in your desired shape. Now, take a baking tray and place all the raw cookies on it and brush some saffron milk on it and garnish each cookie with Finely Chopped Pistachios and Finely Chopped Almonds. Now put the Rasmalai Cookies for baking on 180 degrees for 30 minutes in the pre-heated oven. (Prior to baking, you can pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.) After the cookies cool-down they are ready to serve!
