Exclusive Cookies Class 5 | Healthy Wheat Flour Cookies | Manisha Bharani Kitchen Ingredients: 1 tbsp Margarine/White Butter 3 ½ tbsp Salted Butter 1 tsp Baking Powder 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp Milk Powder 3 tbsp Corn Flour 90gms Wheat Flour ½ tsp Vanilla Essence 1 spoon Milk Method to prepare the Cookies: Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp Margarine, 3 ½ tbsp Salted Butter, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar, 2 tbsp Milk Powder and 3 tbsp Corn Flour and beat all the ingredients well. Now, add 90gms of sieved Wheat Flour to the previous mixture and mix all the ingredients well. Add 1 spoon of milk to the mixture to prepare a soft moist dough. Add ½ tsp of Vanilla Essence to the mixture and mix it well. Now, cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, knead the dough well. After the dough is ready take some corn flour and roll the dough using a rolling pin. After rolling the dough take a cookie cutter of your choice and cut the dough in your desired shape. Now, take a baking tray and place all the raw cookies on it and apply some milk on each cookie using a brush. Garnish the cookies with khus-khus, pistachio pieces, melon seeds and almond pieces. After garnishing all the cookies, put them to bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes in the pre-heated oven. (You can pre-heat the oven for 30 minutes prior to baking) After the cookies cool-down they are ready to serve!
