Your Fried Rice will come perfect 👍 Paneer Butter Masala – very tasty North Indian gravy. It goes well with roti, naan, chapati, or fried rice. Perfect recipe 😊 Ingredients 200 g paneer (cut into cubes) 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil 2 onions (chopped) 2 tomatoes (chopped) 10 cashews 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala 1 tsp kasuri methi (crushed) ½ cup milk or fresh cream Salt as needed Coriander leaves for garnish Preparation 1. Make the masala paste Heat a little oil in a pan. Add onion, tomato, and cashews. Cook for 5–6 minutes until soft. Cool and grind into a smooth paste. 2. Prepare gravy Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes. 3. Add masala Add the ground paste and cook for 5 minutes until oil starts separating. 4. Add spices Add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. 5. Add paneer Add paneer cubes and a little water. Cook for 3–4 minutes. 6. Finish Add milk or cream, garam masala, and crushed kasuri methi. Mix and cook 2 minutes. 7. Garnish Add coriander leaves and a little butter on top. ✨ Paneer Butter Masala is ready! Small tip If paneer is hard, soak it in warm water for 5 minutes before adding – it becomes very soft. 🍅 Tomato Soup Recipe Ingredients 4 medium Tomato (chopped) little small Onion 3 cloves Garlic 1 tbsp Butter ½ tsp pepper powder Salt as needed ½ tsp sugar (for balance) 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup (optional for hotel taste) 2 cups water 🍳 Method 1️⃣ In a pan add chopped Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and water. 2️⃣ Boil for 7–8 minutes until tomatoes become soft. 3️⃣ Cool slightly and grind into a smooth paste. 4️⃣ Strain the mixture (optional) for smooth soup. 5️⃣ Heat the soup again and add Butter, salt, pepper, sugar and little Tomato Ketchup. 6️⃣ Boil for 2 minutes. ✅ Your hot Tomato Soup is ready. Serving tip Serve with Bread Croutons and a small cream swirl on top for restaurant style 🍲.
