PASTA - 400g pasta + 2 tsp fine salt. SWEET POTATO - 1kg potatoes - HALF BOILED HALF BAKED (SEASON BAKED WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND VEGGIE OIL for 40 minutes at 170c fan) PROTEIN 6 CHICKEN THIGHS - BAKED - 25 minutes at 170c fan. 5 SALMON fillets - BAKED - 25 mins at 170c fan. 400g TOFU - HALF BAKED (25 minutes at 170c fan), HALF BOILED 400g GROUND BEEF - FRIED VEG FRIED VEGGIES - 300g MUSHROOMS, 2 PEPPERS, 1 ONIONS, 1 AUBERGINE. TOMATO AND CUCUMBER SALAD - 2 tomatoes and 1 cucumber.
