Zou Ping explains that performing the Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down method engages the mind through focused attention. These initial movements are instrumental in developing the ability to concentrate. As practice progresses and deepens, the focus intensifies, leading to an experience where, despite the outward separation of movements, an inner connection is felt. This internal connectedness extends to a feeling of being linked with the universe and one's own inherent abilities. While the fingers physically separate, an inner unification occurs with "queen you and see" and the cosmos. Zou Ping highlights that these movements are not merely physical at the beginning but serve as a pathway to understanding this profound internal connection. With sustained practice, the inside and outside become increasingly connected. Ultimately, practitioners can **more easily connect with "queen you and she," experiencing a heightened sense of power. The movements themselves can eventually be transcended as the feeling of being immersed in Qi becomes more prominent.
