Nestled in the Alpstein mountains in Appenzell Alps, Seealpsee is one of Switzerland's most beautiful alpine lakes. After enjoying the sunrise and breakfast at Aescher Guesthouse, I hiked down to Seealpsee Lake. The magnificent Seealpsee Lake is surrounded by Alpstein mountain peaks with Altmann and Säntis in the backdrop. Strolling around Seealpsee Lake with the sounds of the cowbells, this is the classic Swiss scenery!
