Grandma used to boil this soup regularly…its helps to expel heat from the body, clears phlegm and help nourish and moistens lungs. Ingredients 3 pieces dried ba wong fa 500g pork bones or ribs Lotus seeds Solomon’s seal/ yu zhu 2 pieces huai shan Dried lily bulbs 6 pieces chinese figs 1 piece dried abalone slice Gojiberries 1.5 litres water Salt to taste if needed Put everything into the pressure cooker. Cover and close securely at soup function . Let it do its work. Let valve subside before opening. Add salt if needed. Alternatively can be boil at stove top at low heat for 2 hours with 2.5 litres of water. You can ask any question about the recipe.
