I can't wait for you to try them out yourself! 1 on 1 nutrition and training coaching https://app.cl-lean.com/ Chapters: 00:00 Intro 05:06 Rocky Road 08:14 Snowman muffins 12:03 taste test 14:28 Gingerbread pancake bowls 19:08 Cherry crumble 24:58 Christmas snack plate Rocky road: serves 12 ingredients : 150g marshmallows 4 dates chopped up 200g of dark chocolate ¼ cup almonds 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut for topping 1.Melt chocolate in a bowl 2.Once all the chocolate is melted. Place all ingredients in the bowl and fold in until all the chocolate is coated in the ingredients 3.Line a tin with baking paper and pour in mixture and sprinkle desiccated coconut on the top 4.Let set for 20 mins or until hard 5.Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy Gingerbread pancake bowl: Ingredients: ½ banana, mashed 1 egg ¼ cup quick oats or oat flour ¼ cup Greek yoghurt A pinch of baking powder A pinch of baking soda 1 tablespoon skim milk or almond milk 1 tablespoon powdered PB ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 tsp maple syrup Method: 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (or 350°F). 2.Mash the banana in your meal-prep container or in a small mixing bowl. 3.Add the egg and mix well. 4.Add the oats or oat flour, Greek yoghurt, baking powder, baking soda and milk. Stir until smooth. 5.Mix in remaining ingredients 6.Pour the mixture into a small oven-safe dish or your meal-prep container (if oven safe). 7.Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C or until golden and set in the centre. Cherry crumble ⅓ cup frozen cherries 2 tablespoons oats 1 tablespoon oat flour 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 TBSP low fat yogurt 1. preheat the oven to 180C or 350F then in a small dish, add frozen cherries 2. in a separate bowl mix together oats, maple syrup, oat flour and butter 3. pour crumble over the top of the apples and bake for 10 mins or until the top is golden brown and the cherries are soft 6. serve with yogurt Snowman muffins 1 mashed banana 1 egg ½ cup egg whites ½ cup flour ½ cup protein powder juice of 1 lemon rind of 1 lemon 2 TBSP honey ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 tsp baking powder Desiccated coconut preheat oven to 180 celcius 1. Mash banana in a large bowl 2. add all wet ingredients 3. Followed by all dry ingredients 4. Divide mixture into 6 muffins tins 5. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on the top 6. Bake at 180 for 20 mins or until golden brown
