My two previous births were unmedicated mostly because I was afraid of an epidural and thought it would be cool to do it without meds. My pregnancy with this third baby was entirely different than with my first two kids and I knew I would consider an epidural, especially because I went into preterm labor and wasn't sure what kind of state my baby would be in when she arrived. I ended up getting one for this delivery and loved it. I am so thankful I did, though I also loved my unmedicated labors as well. Hopefully this video will help you feel more prepared!
