In this video Ella Boys (physiotherapist) covers a step by step demonstration of a 10 minute bicep exercise workout including bicep curls, hammer curls, bent over rows, and a 7-7-7 exercise where you do as many repetitions of this as possible in 1 minute. Each round of exercises lasts for 1 minute, with 15 seconds rest in between. Bicep curls - Take a dumbbell in each hand and fully extend each arm down at your side. Raise and curl one dumbbell at a time, keeping your upper arms stationary. Exhale as you lift and focus on squeezing your bicep at the top of the lift. Start with a weight that feels easy and focus on your form before increasing the difficulty. Remember to drink water while you're exercising and make sure you have plenty of space around you to avoid injury. To ensure that this program is safe and effective for you, it should be performed under your doctor or phyiso's supervision. Talk to your doctor or physical therapist about which exercises will best help you meet your rehabilitation goals. Target Muscles: The muscle groups targeted in this conditioning program include: 1. Biceps (upper arms) 2.
