In this video Dr O'Donovan (medical doctor) and Ella Boys (physiotherapist) perform a 15 minute HIIT workout involving lunges, push ups, squats, jumping jacks and mountain climbers. Each round of exercises lasts for 5 minutes - 40 seconds doing the exercise, 20 seconds resting - a total of 3 rounds lasting 15 minutes. This is a great all body workout you can do at home with no equipment to improve you cardiovascular fitness, tone up and loose body fat. Remember to drink water while you're exercising and make sure you have plenty of space around you to avoid injury. To ensure that this program is safe and effective for you, it should be performed under your doctor or phyiso's supervision.
