I have never made Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls until now. The recipe is from the blog Wheat by the Wayside. It uses Caputo Gluten Free Flour. I thought this recipe came out great for a first attempt I had a few challenges as you can see from the video but I will definitely be making these again. The were a little tough to roll and cutting them was difficult but I expect both of those to improve with practice They reheated pretty well too! 25-30 seconds in the microwave softened them a little and softened the cream cheese icing.
