This ballet barre fitness workout is perfect for all levels but is aimed more at beginner ballet dancers. If you are wondering how to do ballet at home as a beginner, this series of exercises for dancers is a fun introduction into the art form while also exercising your whole body, sculpting and toning your muscles! This 20-minute fitness workout begins with a basic ballet warm up before we dive into the at home ballet barre workout. As this fitness routine is for all levels, some of the strength exercises are on the more challenging side so feel free to adapt as you need.
