This is a short workout with some basic exercises working many different muscles, mostly in your legs. Focus on every single Jump like your life depends on it and you'll make quick progress. Try to beat your best width/length/height with every jump when you're already trained. For beginners, please focus on stability first! This training should be doable for every badminton player, but feel free to split it up into shorter sets (but more of them) if you cannot give 100% on every jump when starting it.
