STORE CLOSED: Dover Impulse Hydraulic Elevator: Sears @ Emerald Square Mall

April 18th Update: this store has since closed permanently. The only remaining Sears left in New England is the one at South Shore Plaza in Braintree, since Marlborough and Brockton closed. January 30th Update: Unfortunately, it was announced that Sears will be closing 14 stores and sadly, this store was on the list. This store will close by April 18, 2021. That means that the only remaining Sears stores in Massachusetts is the one in Braintree, Marlborough and Brockton. A couple Kmart stores are also closing as well. Who knows how long this place will last? This thing has seen better days. There is graffiti on the indicator and on some occasions, trash is littered in the cab. So this isn’t the nicest Sears elevator I’ve been on. But it is a lot better than the Montgomery Elevator in the former Sears at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua NH.
