Easily pull your little finger back beyond 90 degrees? Again, give yourself one point for each little finger. 3. When you straighten your elbows, do they easily extend 10 degrees beyond straight? Give yourself one point for each elbow. 4. When standing up, can you easily bend your knees backwards? Give yourself one point for each knee. 5. Put your hands flat on the floor with your legs straight? one point. 9 possible points. If you have more than 4, you may be hypermobile.
