Got 2 minutes? Let me show you 5 fun ways to do Burpees. Burpees are by far the best full body exercise you can do without equipment, at home, in a park, or almost anywhere. You're hard pressed to find another body weight only exercise that burns more calories per minute. However, burpees can be bad for your back if you don't have good squatting form or hip mobility. You need to be able to keep your spine stiff and straight while you do them. If you can hold a solid plank and squat low with your spine straight, you won't have much to worry about except the high heart rate. You can adjust the intensity by jumping higher or not jumping at all. You can even reduce the impact by doing the Bear Burpee or Half Burpee variations.
