This 20 minute Third Eye Yin Yoga class is a slow, meditative practice designed to quiet the mind, release overthinking, and support clarity and intuition. Through long-held yin poses such as child’s pose, sphinx, dragonfly, supported fish, and a closing meditation, this class gently stimulates the third eye chakra (Ajna) and encourages deep mental relaxation. The third eye chakra is associated with inner wisdom, awareness, and clear perception. In this practice, we focus on softening mental effort, slowing the breath, and allowing awareness to become receptive rather than forced. Gentle forward folds, supported backbends, and stillness help calm the nervous system and create space for insight to arise naturally. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and is ideal if you’re feeling mentally busy, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your intuition. 🧘♀️ Props such as pillows, blocks, or bolsters are recommended for comfort and support.
