If your skin has suddenly turned dry, irritated or maddeningly itchy during menopause you’re not imagining it. Reduced oestrogen can make your skin thinner, more reactive, and more sensitive to harsh products. Today I’m breaking down why menopause causes itchy skin, what might be triggering flare-ups, and the natural, nourishing remedies that have help me enormously. I’m also sharing the DIY oil cleanser, homemade exfoliator, and facial oil recipes that I use personally. These are gentle, effective, and perfect for irritated, midlife skin - especially in cold weather. I created a downloadable PDF for you with all the healthy skincare recipes featured in this video. You can get it here: https://tinyurl.com/supersoothingskin... In This Video You’ll Learn Why oestrogen changes cause itchy, sensitive skin Why what used to work suddenly stops working How harsh cleansers and common skincare additives worsen irritation My personal experience with sudden skin itchiness How oil cleansing works (and why it won’t make you greasy) When to avoid essential oils and how to use them safely How lifestyle habits (sleep, stress, healthy fats, hydration) influence your skin My personal experience about hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and expensive creams The affordable, natural routine that works better for me than luxury skincare If you’re navigating menopause naturally (like I am), or if you just want skin that feels soothed, nourished, and calm, this video will help you rebuild your barrier and reclaim your glow. *** For all the recipes I mentioned in today's video, click this link (no email needed - just a simple download): https://tinyurl.com/supersoothingskin...
