This workout will challenge your strength, stamina and coordination. You’ll need a Reformer and a ‘reformer box’. This workout isn’t suitable for someone new to Pilates or Reformer Pilates as it requires an understanding of the Pilates principles and was designed to challenge and inspire you to move forward with your training. I hope you enjoy this workout in which I share some of my favourite exercises using the ‘box’ many of which are enjoyed ( or rather endured) by my experienced clients x Enjoy, rest when you need to and adjust the spring tension according to your own ability and goals x Anyone following this class does so at their own risk.
