Join me for this full body toning, fat burning WALK & TONE WORKOUT and let`s burn some calories and tone the entire body in just 30 minutes. This walk & tone workout features both cardio and strength moves and is designed to help you get the benefits of both. I've included low and high impact cardio options in this workout, so you can adjust it to your fitness or energy level. I`m using 4 kg dumbbells in this full body workout, but you should adjust your weight to your own fitness level. If you don't have any dumbbells, you can still try it with water bottles, milk jugs, or other heavy objects you may have around the house. Depending on the weight you use, this workout can tone and even build muscle, while also giving you a great cardio workout that will help you burn more calories for the day. Let's slim down and get strong muscles in just 30 minutes! I tracked the HIGH IMPACT VERSION of this workout (running and squat jumps version): Amazfit 5 (walking mode): 1,93 km, 2757 steps, 260 calorie burn Xiaomi Mi Band 5 (exercise mode): 289 calorie burn The only breaks I took were between rounds!
