Join me for this FAT BURNING + MUSCLE TONING ONE DUMBBELL Walking Workout and let`s burn some calories and tone the entire body. This walk & tone workout combines both cardio and strength and is designed to help you get the benefits of both. One dumbbell is enough to tone the entire body and help you get a full body workout. This workout features low and high impact cardio options, so you can adjust it to your fitness or energy level. I`m using a 4 kg dumbbell in this full body workout, but feel free to adapt your weight to your own fitness level. Don`t worry about not having dumbbells! Just find a heavy object around the house, preferably something with a grip. Depending on the weight you use, this workout can tone and even build muscle, while also giving you a great cardio workout that will help you burn more calories for the day. Let's slim down and get strong muscles in just 45 minutes! I tracked the HIGH IMPACT VERSION of this workout (running version): Amazfit 5 (walking mode): 3,69 km, 5268 steps, 431 calorie burn Xiaomi Mi Band 5 (exercise mode): 485 calorie burn The only breaks I took were between rounds!
