With this 30 Min COMBO Full Body Workout Strength X HIIT, build & tone your muscles and burn some serious calories Every muscle being working and sweat flowing in this action packed full body workout In this workout we will be going from some heart racing bodyweight HIIT to muscle pumping dumbbell action 🏃 We kick off with 5 bodyweight HIIT exercises 🏋️♂️ We then move onto 6 dumbbell resistance exercises for each muscle group We will be alternating between the HIIT section and the resistance section for 3 full rounds of each for an all action non stop workout ⏱ In both sections we will be hitting each exercise for 40 secs of work and 20 secs rest A workout for all - I wanted to make sure absolutely everyone can do this workout. So for the HIIT sections you have 2 options. On screen I will bring up 2 options Advanced - the more advanced version of each exercise, which I will be doing along with you Low impact - a low impact, knee friendly version of each of these exercises for those with any knee issues and still looking to hit an amazing workout There's our set up.
