Subscribe for More Instant Pot Recipes: http://bit.ly/2p7w37u Free Instant Pot Tips: http://bit.ly/2NWeEbK Full Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup dried chickpeas 6 cups water 1/2 cup reserved cooking liquid 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional) 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic--or 1 large clove 3 tablespoons tahini 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons olive oil Place dried chickpeas in instant pot with 6 cups of water. Seal instant pot and set cook time to 40 minutes on high pressure. Once pressure has released, let pressure release naturally. Once pressure is released, open up the instant pot and strain the cooked chickpeas, reserving the cooking liquid. Transfer the chickpeas into the food processor that has been fitted with an s-blade. Add in 1/4 cup reserved cooking liquid, salt, cumin, paprika, garlic, tahini, and lemon juice. Process until the chickpeas are creamy and smooth, adding an additional 1/4 cup of cooking liquid if needed. While running, open up the shoot blade of the food processor and drizzle in the olive oil. Serve hummus as desired.
