This video covers the structure of amino acids, dipeptides, peptide bonding, and polypeptides as well as the primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary structures of proteins with examples. You will learn how to draw an amino acid, a dipeptide and some examples of quaternary proteins. This will also be useful for BTEC Applied Science Unit 10.
