In someone’s story, you are always the villain, the idiot, or the misunderstanding and that truth is permanent. In this video, I explore the uncomfortable realization that no matter how rational, kind, or intelligent you are, there will always be someone who sees you as “stupid” in their narrative. At first, this realization can feel disturbing, we want to correct others, defend ourselves, and control how we are perceived. But eventually, you realize something deeper: you are not responsible for how others construct their reality. People interpret the world through their biases, insecurities, memories, and projections. Their narrative says more about them than about you. This video is about psychological detachment, ego boundaries, and the quiet freedom that comes from letting go of the need to be understood by everyone.
