In this episode we design and build a custom DIY partition wall / bulkhead for our Ram Promaster Super Hugh Roof Van. I show every step of the way; measurements, components, installation, decisions, challenges, and a final product that turned out exceptionally well. We needed a partition wall to support a Happijac installation in the front of the van. It had to be sturdy, go all the way to the ceiling of the Super High Roof van, and most of all, it had to be precisely at a 90-degree angle off the floor and each side had to be perfectly in-line with each other. This one had more challenges than ever before in the Moose Van. Perseverance and commitment to quality drove this one over the finish line.
