A short morning yoga practice can really help set the pace for the rest of your day. Sometimes we feel a little drained, and we just don't have the time or energy for a long yoga practice. This 15 minute gentle chair yoga practice is great for beginners, seniors, or anyone who needs a little active, supported movement. We'll get movement and stretching into the arms, shoulders, and hands, while encouraging the relaxation response through mindful breathing.
