PLEASE READ* This is an extremely fast and intense exercise grouping so make sure you can properly perform the movements before actually trying to do them! Those of you who try these movements are responsible for knowing your own bodies capabilities and limitations in regards to fitness. Please know that these movements are based on workouts. I suggest a light stretch or stationary jog prior to performing the burpees. Also, if you so happy to have any previous injuries to your knees, or lower-back, I suggest you use these movements with caution and consult with your physician if you are unsure! Be sure to keep good form and breathing throughout this exercise! Also don't forget, to get the BEST results from these movements it is vital to sustain a healthy diet and workout routine with a steady meal plan! Enjoy guys! MY VERSION OF THE BURPEE: 1. Start with feet shoulder width apart with your hands at your sides. Also, try to keep yourself in a strong stance. (extra tip: get into a stance like if you were going to brace yourself before someone was going to try and push you over = strong stance) 2. As you keep your and at your sides, squat-down, place your hands in push-up position, and kick your feet out. (extra tip: the wider your feet the more balanced you'll be, don't go too wide though) 3. Drop your chest to the ground, barely touching it and come back up while bringing your feet back into squat position, and thrusting into the air for a squat jump. (extra tip keep your head looking up as much as you can throughout the movement) THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
