Like I said in the video, you guys can use any type of structure to these workouts. For example: regular sets and reps, timing yourself, intervals, etc. TIP: Keep your breathing on point with the actual movement of the workout to generate the best burn! TIP: When doing the ab movements, don't point your feet. Do your best to keep your heels out and your toes pointing to the sky.
