The session is a 20-minute whole body stretch, designed to help you move more freely, reduce stiffness, and gently reset your body. 🟢 Class structure: Starts standing with gentle mobility and flowing movement Gradually transitions down to the floor for deeper stretches Focuses on overall mobility, flexibility, and relaxation Modifications were offered live to suit a range of abilities This class is suitable if you’re: Returning to movement after a break Feeling stiff or tight Looking for a calm, physio-led stretch session ⚠️ Safety advice Move within a comfortable, pain-free range at all times Skip or modify any exercise that doesn’t feel right for your body Use support (chair, cushions, blocks) where needed If getting down to or up from the floor isn’t suitable for you, adapt or remain seated/standing If you have a medical condition or are recovering from injury, seek advice from a qualified professional before starting Listen to your body, move with control, and focus on moving well rather than pushing further.
