Ingredients: • 3 eggs • 150 g sugar • 200 ml kefir • 50 ml vegetable oil • 200 g flour • 70 g shredded coconut • 1 tsp baking powder (or ½ tsp baking soda + 1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice) • 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional) Instructions: 1. Whisk the eggs with sugar (just mix, no need to beat). 2. Add kefir, oil, and shredded coconut – mix well. 3. Sift in the flour and baking powder (or soda mixture), stir until smooth. 4. Pour the batter into a greased 20-22 cm baking pan. 5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. This cake is moist, soft, and full of coconut flavor! You can top it with white chocolate or condensed milk for extra sweetness. Enjoy! Marinade for ribs: Ingredients: • 4 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp oil (preferably olive oil) • 3-4 garlic cloves (minced or pressed) • 1 tbsp lemon juice • Spices (black pepper, paprika, chili, ginger) – to taste • Salt – to taste Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth. 2. Coat the ribs with the marinade and rub it in well. 3.
