So how to convert white stubborn fat into good brown fat? Fasting and exercising is the best combination to achieve this goal.But not just that, cold exposure is also very helpful in converting white fat into brown fat. Now insulin hormone is the exact opposite of ketones, ketone signal your fat cells to burn more calories, insulin will signal your fat cells to store more calories. Insulin can block the conversion of white fat into brown fat and can increase the storage of white fat. Insulin can also make you crave for sugary foods. Of course, that missing something is what they're selling. You don't need it, everything you need is within yourself.
