This is a mini-session with exercises to connect your WILL (Third Chakra) to your WISDOM (Sixth Chakra), with a little help of your friend: the Heart Center (Fourth Chakra). . That means we’ll also work with high energy to release tension, and grounding practices to help you find your root and emotional safe-space. . This video is a Kundalini yoga demo-class, although these are not kriyas (sequences) as taught in the traditional Kundalini Yoga discipline (sources below). These are independently teacher-crafted sessions. Both offer good, safe & fast benefits for your mind, body & soul. . ⫸ For a better experience in your practice, here are some suggestions: . ☉ Get yourself a large bottle of water to stay hydrated and to flush all the toxins that Kundalini yoga’s breath-work will do for you. . ☉ Do these exercises before your first meal or with at least two hours after you had your last one. Avoid practicing at night for better sleep. . ☉ Check my video with the explanation of the breathing technique Breath of Fire.
