A lot of people out there that want to attempt this workout. But seeing the workout itself which is: one mile of running 100 pull ups. 200 push ups 300 bodyweight squats And then another mile of running. -------------------- That sure can look and feel intimidating, but I want to assure you that just because you are beginning, and there maybe can't work up to that capacity of exercise that you can still do your part to participate in a dedication workout. The biggest flaw I see here is coaches don't scale down the workout to a level that could be achievable for a beginner. And that's one thing I want to make sure in this video that we did. So hopefully you enjoy this at home workout with no equipment. Just you and your body and your ability to dedicate a workout to Murph. Enjoy guys.
