Best exercises to achieve middle splits and front splits! This was the routine i usually followed in order to achieve the splits. IMPORTANT TIPS 1. Spend at least 40 minutes for leg flexibility. And i don't mean the warm up 2. Flexibility training should be done after your stamina, technique or strength/power session. E.g. You spent 15 minutes warm up, 45 minutes for technique or strength and after this part you can start working on your flexibility. 3. You can simply train your flexibility session without strength or technique if you wish! 4. Train at least 3 times per week. Better the Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday! 5.The more time you spend, the better! I learned front splits in less than two months, but i spent over 3 hours for my flexibility. 6. You can use the routine as shown in the video. Personally the combination of static and dynamic stretching give the best results. If you don't have so much time, focus more on dynamic stretching! Dynamic stretching has more benefits! 7. Try different stretching variations! Your workout becomes much more enjoyable! 8. Last but not least have patience! Everyone is different! Others need some months whereas other need years!
