This is the ultimate meal for guests! 📝 Ingredients: Chicken Marination (Dry Rub): • Whole Chicken (with skin): 1 • Tandoori Masala: 1/2 packet • Salt: 1 tsp • Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp • All Spices Powder (Garam Masala): 1 tsp • Ginger Powder: 1 tsp • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp • Tartaric Powder (Citric Acid): 1/4 tsp • Meat Tenderizer: 1/2 tbsp Rice Ingredients: • Soaked Rice: 5 cups • Oil: 1 cup • Vegetable Stock: 2 tbsp • Salt: 2 tbsp • Water: As needed Quick Steps: 1. The Dry Rub: In a small bowl, mix all the dry spices together. Rub the mixture thoroughly all over the chicken. Let it rest for 3 to 4 hours so the flavors sink in. 2. The Roast: Grill the chicken or cook it in the oven until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. 3. The Rice: In a separate pot, add oil, vegetable stock, water, and salt.
