These beef meatballs are incredibly soft and juicy, simmered in a rich, velvety yogurt-based gravy. If you want that traditional "Shadiyon Wala" flavor at home, this is the recipe for you! 📝 Ingredients for Kofta (Meatballs): • Ground Beef: 1 kg • Onion Paste: 1 cup • Fresh Coriander: 1 cup (Chopped) • Green Chillies: 10 (Chopped) • Ginger: 2-inch piece (Chopped) • Spices: 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tbsp All Spices Powder (Garam Masala) Ingredients for Gravy: • Oil: 1/2 cup • Yogurt: 1 cup • Fried Onions: 1 cup (Made into a paste with the yogurt) • Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp • Spices: 4 Green Cardamoms, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder Quick Steps: 1. The Koftas: Mix ground beef with all kofta ingredients. Let it marinate for 15 minutes, then shape into smooth meatballs. 2. The Tarka: In a pan, heat oil and cardamoms for 1 minute. Add garlic paste, dry spices, and 1/4 cup of water. Sauté for 5 minutes until the oil separates. 3. The Base: Add the yogurt and fried onion paste with 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the gravy looks rich. 4. The Simmer: Carefully add the meatballs one by one. Cook for 20 minutes (try not to stir with a spoon too much, just shake the pan!). 5.
