Use one to make a yummy porridge, together with lettuce and lo mian, it is a delicious meal. ⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 高速煲瑤柱皮蛋鴨胸粥(加上蠔油撈麪及西生菜) 材料: 急凍鴨胸1隻 皮蛋1隻 白米1膠嘜半 瑤柱2粒(已用清水浸軟) 西生菜1個 麪餅4個 處理/程序: 1. 鴨胸,清水解凍。 2. 鴨胸,解凍後,倒去水分,加入粗鹽1茶匙,乸1小時或以上,去除雪味、腥味及加入少許鹹味。 3. 鴨胸,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 4. 白米,清水清洗乾淨。 5. 預備高速煲。 6. 在高速煲內,加入清水800毫升,加入白米,用“煲粥”功能,煲40分鐘。 7. 西生菜,去芯,撕開一塊塊,清水浸。 8. 皮蛋,去殼,切碎粒。 9. 瑤柱,撕碎。 10. 鴨胸,去皮,打橫切薄片。 11. 鴨胸及瑤柱,放高速煲內,冚蓋,繼續煲。 12. 生菜,清水洗2次,擎乾水。 13. 粥已煲了40分鐘,煲好,攪勻,可加入適量大滾水調校濃度。 14. 加入皮蛋,用“再加熱”功能,煲8分鐘。 15. 大火煲滾1鑊水,加入油半湯匙,灼生菜至軟身,放上碟。 16. 大火煲滾鑊中的水,放麪餅煮至軟身。 17. 生菜,加入適量的生抽。 18. 麪已煮至軟身,擎乾水,放碗內,煎至適量長度,加入: a. 蠔油1湯匙 b. 生抽半湯匙 加入滾油1湯匙半,撈勻。 19. 粥已煲好,放碗內。 20. 完成,可享用。 Duck's breast porridge with dried scallops and century eggs with high speed cooker (with lo mian with oyster sauce and boiled lettuce) Ingredients: Frozen duck's breast 1 No. Century egg 1 No. Plain rice 1.5 plastic cups Dried scallops 2 Nos. (Already soaked well with water) Lettuce 1 No. Noodles 4 Nos. Preparation/Steps: 1. The duck's breast, defrost in tap water. 2. The duck has been defrosted, pour away water. Add in 1 tsp of cooking salt, season for an hour or more, to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to it. 3. The duck, rinse thoroughly. Drain. 4. The plain rice, rinse with tap water. 5. Get ready for high speed cooker. 6. Add in 800ml of water in the cooker. Add in plain rice. Use "porridge" function, boil for 40 minutes. 7. The lettuce, remove its core. Tear it into pieces. Soak in tap water. 8. Century egg, dice in small cubes. 9. The scallops, get them shredded. 10. The duck, remove skin. Thinly slice it horizontally. 11. The duck and scallops, put in the cooker. Cover it up and continue cooking. 12. The lettuce, rinse twice. Drain. 13. The porridge has been cooked for 40 minutes, cook well. Mix well. Add in appropriate amount of boiled-up water if necessary. 14. Add in century eggs, use "reheat" function, cook for 8 minutes. 15. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Add in 0.5 tbsp of oil, boil the lettuce until it turns soft. Put on plate. 16. Heat up the wok of water at high flame. Put the noodles and boil until they turn soft. 17. The lettuce, add in appropriate amount of light soya sauce. 18. The noodles have been softly boiled, drain. Put in a big bowl. Cut them in suitable lengths. Add in: a. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp b. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp Add in 1.5 tbsp of hot oil, mix well. 19. Porridge has been cooked well, put in bowls. 20. Complete. Serve.
